At Squishie Bakery, every item is lovingly handcrafted right here in the United States using high-quality materials and custom molds. Our squishies are designed to deliver Sweet Sensory Relief with a unique, playful twist. Because our products are tactile, sensory, and personal-use items, we do not accept general returns—only qualified refunds or replacements under specific conditions.

Handmade = One-of-a-Kind

Each squishy is made by hand, not by machine. That means:

No two squishies are exactly alike, even when created using the same mold or design.

Slight differences in color, swirl patterns, texture, or finish are completely normal and expected.

Small imperfections may occur as part of the handmade process—and we consider those part of the charm!

These minor differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

Returns Are Not Accepted If:

The product has been opened, handled, squeezed, stretched, cut, ripped, or altered in any way.

The packaging is damaged, torn, removed, or tampered with.

The product shows signs of wear, including dirt, dust, oils, or pet hair.

The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.

The reason for return is based on personal preference (e.g., feel, color variation, or softness).

Due to the hygienic and sensory nature of our products, once a squishy has been opened or handled, we can’t resell it—and therefore can’t accept it back.

Refunds Are Considered If:

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be completely unused, unopened, and returned in original condition and packaging.

You must email us at info@squishybakery.com within 3 days of delivery to explain the issue and provide clear photos.

If approved, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of approval.

Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets all return conditions.

 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item has been opened, altered, or returned in a condition not consistent with its original state.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Free Returns?

At this time, we do not offer free returns unless there was an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized.
