2. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Squishy Bakery items are handmade in the United States using high-quality silicone and materials. Because of this artisanal process, no two squishies will ever be exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, decorations, firmness, or minor imperfections are to be expected and are part of the charm of handmade goods.
By purchasing from Squishy Bakery, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations and understand they are not considered defects or grounds for refund or return.

3. Non-Edibility Disclaimer
We take pride in creating ultra-realistic squishy treats—but please note:
Our products are not food.
They should never be chewed, bitten, or consumed.
They are not safe for babies or toddlers who mouth objects.
Any attempt to eat or use squishies improperly is considered misuse and Squishy Bakery is not liable for any outcomes resulting from such behavior.

4. Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
The item has been opened, used, squished, stretched, cut, torn, or damaged.
Packaging has been tampered with in any way.
The product was altered, stained, exposed to dirt, or is no longer in new condition.
We only issue refunds if the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition—and only upon our approval.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling.

5. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
We ship both domestically and internationally. All shipping rates are clearly listed during checkout. Squishy Bakery does not cover the cost of shipping, even if “free shipping” is offered as a promotion—those fees are always factored into our product pricing structure.
Heavy orders over 20lbs may incur a higher shipping charge and will be calculated accordingly.

6. Cancellations & Order Edits
Because our products are made to order or pre-packed in limited batches, we do not allow cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
