At Squishy Bakery, every order is filled with creativity, care, and a whole lot of squishy love. We’re a small, handcrafted business based in the USA, and we want you to know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
This policy outlines how we process orders, when you can expect your goodies to ship, and what to do if you need your squishies in a hurry.

Processing Time
Because our squishies are either handmade-to-order or carefully inspected and decorated in-house, we ask that you please allow 4–6 business days for order processing before shipment—especially if the item is not currently in stock.
We do our best to keep some extras on hand, but in many cases, we may need to freshly pour, mold, cure, decorate, or package your item just for you. We’re not a factory—we’re a tiny team crafting soft, soothing magic by hand.
We take our time to make sure your squishies are:
Properly cured
Decorated with detail
Clean, dust-free, and beautifully packaged
Ready to deliver Sweet Sensory Relief
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is available within the U.S. and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and service level.
Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
International Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
Heavy Order Shipping (20lbs+): Flat rate $180

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier's system.

International Orders & Customs
We’re proud to ship squishies worldwide! However, please be aware:
Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival in your country
These fees are not included in your order total
You are responsible for any customs-related charges
Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your address before placing your order!
We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

You’ll be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS, UPS, or the international shipping carrier you selected. Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or high-volume shipping seasons. We appreciate your patience!
If your package hasn’t arrived after 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please email us so we can investigate further.
